Both EWM and PTS are offered as SaaS applications. This means the software is located with our hosting partner and each user can access the application from anywhere with an internet connection or a wireless mobile connection.
Both apps are licensed on a per-user basis and charged monthly. Only our enterprise solutions are contractual on an annual basis, all other licenses are on a month-to-month basis. This noncontractual pricing model proves that our applications pay for themselves.
Both solutions require a little setup for a brand new organization, such as adding customers, billing items, etc. but not to worry as we help you get started at no cost to you. We have an onboarding specialist that will work with you to get all your data into the application and help with designing a workflow that works for your organization.
Although both solutions are somewhat intuitive, we suggest additional training to maximize the applications. We offer phone and online training at no additional cost. We can also conduct onsite training for your entire organization and only ask you to cover hotel and transportation costs.
Live support is offered daily from 8 am to 5 pm Central time, Monday through Friday. Email support is offered 24/7 and most requests are answered within the hour. Any emergency issues will be handled ASAP.
We do offer special programming for certain circumstances for an additional cost. Any special programming will be done in a fashion that allows all our customers to use any new features. Special programming will only be done if Doculogix determines those changes will be good for the overall application.
Our agreement states that we will never raise the price more than 10% per calendar year. Since 2008 we have only had 3 price increases. These increases coincided with additional features that made the application more valuable to our clientele.
Each license is charged an additional 15% fee. This fee covers support, free phone and online training, and any future application updates.
